What is the Comprehensive Credit Line III of INFONAVIT?

Here we explain everything related to  INFONAVIT Line III Comprehensive Credit, so that you can make your housing development or housing development project a reality:

Financing:

Until the  100% of the total value of the real estate project.  

Instrumentation:

  • INFONAVIT credit with beneficiaries: through Public Deed, with mortgage guarantee. 

  • Developer with YAVO CAPITAL: By means of a private contract with a lump sum. 

  • YAVO CAPITAL: Master collaboration contract to provide fund management and construction verification services.  ​

Credit provision:

Advance will be up to  80% of the value of the land. The rest of the credit in ministrations based on the progress of the work.

 

Commissions:

  • By feasibility study :  0.65% plus VAT on the total value of the homes (commercial value), which will be covered by the builder to YAVO CAPITAL.   

  • Commission for fund administration and supervision :  1.5% plus VAT on the total value of the homes (commercial value) not including the value of the subdivided land.   

  • Commercial commission :  0.20% plus VAT on the total value of the home (commercial value) not including the value of the subdivided land. 

It is being constituted with the  10% of each of the ministrations.  

The developer will be reimbursed once the DTUs have been issued.

Hidden defects policy: Necessary for the delivery of DTUs.

Until  1 year waterproofing and electrical installation.

Until  6  months hydraulic, sanitary and gas installations.

Until  3  months floors, doors, windows, sanitary furniture, laundry rooms  and sinks.

It is one of our financial products in which 100%of the INFONAVIT Credit  for the financing of your  housing development project or housing development  It is granted by said institution andthe resources are administered by YAVO CAPITAL delivering the resources to the Developer through ministrations according to the progress of the work, within a maximum period of construction of the project of 6 months.
