What is the Comprehensive Credit Line III of INFONAVIT?

Financing:

Until the 100% of the total value of the real estate project.

Instrumentation:

INFONAVIT credit with beneficiaries: through Public Deed, with mortgage guarantee.
Developer with YAVO CAPITAL: By means of a private contract with a lump sum.

Credit provision:

Advance will be up to 80% of the value of the land. The rest of the credit in ministrations based on the progress of the work.

Commissions:

By feasibility study : 0.65% plus VAT on the total value of the homes (commercial value), which will be covered by the builder to YAVO CAPITAL.
Commission for fund administration and supervision : 1.5% plus VAT on the total value of the homes (commercial value) not including the value of the subdivided land.
Commercial commission : 0.20% plus VAT on the total value of the home (commercial value) not including the value of the subdivided land.

It is being constituted with the 10% of each of the ministrations.

The developer will be reimbursed once the DTUs have been issued.

Hidden defects policy: Necessary for the delivery of DTUs.

Until 1 year waterproofing and electrical installation.

Until 6 months hydraulic, sanitary and gas installations.

Until 3 months floors, doors, windows, sanitary furniture, laundry rooms and sinks.
